So, I have finally gotten around to starting on a new idea I have been working on for a while now, and I am looking for some opinions! I have come up with some circus characters based on the idea "Circus Rings", and I finally think I have found a way to use them! I have two designs so far, and I have a few more I am working on. The first I have made up as a sample you can see below - sorry the photos aren't great, it's a bit difficult with the piece being shiny, you can see the camera in it! I will hopefully get some better ones soon.
This is a pendant, it is domed with the image on the front, and a hidden bail in the back. What I am wondering now is how to suspend the pendant, what type of necklace to put it on. Ideally I would like something colourful, and I quite like the idea of using a coloured steel cable necklet - I have seen them used but not found anywhere to get hold of them, so if anybody knows where I can buy them from that would be great too!! - because I think the round shape would fit well with the round pendant, rather than say a chain. Alternatively, I think it could look quite good on a multi-stranded beaded necklace, with three or four strands of coloured stones.
So, I would like to know what other people think on the matter! Leave a comment below if you have a preference or any alternative ideas, and I will finish the necklace and put up better photos of it once I am done!
